Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the fitbox website and platform, operated by fitbox Corp, Lawnton, Queensland. By using fitbox you agree to these terms. If you are using fitbox on behalf of a gym or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.

The platform

fitbox provides gym management software including memberships, billing, bookings, programming, member apps and reporting. We may update, add or change features from time to time.

Fees and marketplace minimum

There are no fees to use fitbox. In return, gyms agree to spend a minimum amount with fitbox marketplace partners, as set out in their individual agreement. Payment processing fees may apply to transactions made through the platform.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
• Make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Your data

You own the data you and your members add to fitbox. You can export members, bookings and payments at any time. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use fitbox for unlawful purposes, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Intellectual property

The fitbox platform, website, software and branding are owned by fitbox Corp. Your gym's logo, imagery and content remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, fitbox is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending the service

Either party may end the service in line with the gym's individual agreement. On request, we will help you export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions can be sent to sales@fitboxcorp.com.
