We’re fitbox, a startup with a rich history and a passion for innovation.
Originally created to track the workout performance of the NZ All Blacks rugby union team, we’ve evolved into a standalone tech company dedicated to helping gyms thrive.
The Rebirth
In early 2023, we were reborn as a standalone tech company. Our three co-owners and founders, Gene, Tim, and Cam, came together with a shared vision to revolutionise the fitness industry and eliminate software charges. With Gene’s background in Microsoft product management and ownership of Again Faster, Tim’s tech expertise from Microsoft, and Cam’s business acumen, we formed a powerful trio.
The Team
Our core team is a dynamic and passionate group of individuals who share a love for fitness and technology. Jodie leads our sales team with her expertise as a seasoned sales expert and head judge at Torian and All Star events. Saida, our marketing guru, is supported by Jasmin and Elmer, and is always seen at CrossFit events on the Gold Coast. Hannah, who previously ran a gym in Perth, heads migration, while March, a support specialist and dog lover, is supported by Jin, Kyla, and Ofelia, who heads up websites and stores. Our development team includes passionate coders Karl, Ryo, Jov, and Lee, who work tirelessly to create innovative solutions for gyms.

We operate from Brisbane and Cebu, with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets. While we’re passionate about fitness, we scale to support most classes! Our goal is to create strong bonds with our clients and have a blast while helping gyms thrive.
