Announcing our new prospect member invite process.

Our new Invitation Email Process includes an invite code/link that not only encourages potential members to install the Fitbox member app but also directs them straight to your gym’s sign-up process. This means an easier and smoother journey from invitation to membership.

Here’s what you can look forward to with our new Invitation Email Process:

• One-Click Installation: The invite link will take the potential member directly to the fitbox member app installation, streamlining the process to signup to your gym.
• Instant Access to Sign-Up: After installing the app, the prospective member will be immediately dropped into your gym’s sign-up process. They will not have to navigate through the app to find it – we’re taking them straight there!
• Personalized Experience: Along with accepting your waiver and providing medical history, you can configure what profile information you’d like to me mandatory and what memberships or trials your prospect has access to sign up for. If it’s a paid membership they will also be required to enter valid payment information before they can book their first class.
• Increased Conversion: This new process makes it easier for potential members to join, which could lead to a higher conversion rate for your gym.
