Happy end of 2023 owners, coaches and staff!

Thank you very much for everything you have done for fitbox throughout 2023. Every gym is such a huge part of our journey and I hope you are starting to feel the excitement of bigger and better enhancements as we grow.

As our final release for 2023, we are pleased to announce:

Mobile App:

✅ 01. PR celebration – Let’s celebrate when a PR/PB is recorded! 🎉 From now on, when a member records a personal record/best an animation on the app will celebrate their success and leaderboards will highlight the achievement to all!

✅ 02. Celebration icons – if the clap isn’t quite you, try a fist pump, party popper or fire instead. Just hold down the celebrate icon to leave your vibe 👊

✅ 03. Do you RX or do you Scale? – when entering a score the RX and Scaled setting will persist for that member based off their last entry.

Admin:

✅ 01. Add subscriptions from the users page – you can now add a subscription directly from the user list! Additionally, you can see all users’ pending and active subscriptions as well as what payment method they use.

✅ 02. Payout reports – check out our new reports to see the fine detail of each stripe payout. Click on any invoice to drill down to every piece of detail you need.

✅ 03. Editing date of next invoice – if you need to change the day/date of the next invoice (for example, so payments come out on a Monday instead of a Tuesday for a member), you can now edit as required within the subscription.

Finally, just reminding everyone of a couple of recent enhancements to make sure you didn’t miss them:

• For a public holiday or any change to your daily schedule, you can now change the title and time of an individual session from the session screen.
• Auto-retry of credit card after failures (and limiting failure fees for credit cards to once per invoice!) has been a huge success. Remember, this is a gym specific feature so please tell us if you want it turned on. There’s only upside to members and admins, so let us know.
